Todd Fletcher / Founder

I wanted to be an architect but the math was too hard. Instead I tried a few years of community college as a Music major, but I gave that up when I discovered I'd never hear the music I'd write. It was 1983, and there was something new in the world: the Apple computer.

I bought one, and some early music synthesis and composition software. I've never looked back. Composing music turned to designing album covers on computer. And then in the 90s, another "something new" came along: The Web. With my infant daughter Liev on my lap and my toddler sons at my feet I learned HTML 2.0 from Lynda. Rarely have I felt such glee as those first javascript rollovers.

So I've been very fortunate, because well into my adulthood, a field came along that allowed me to fuse my talents, develop new ones I didn't suspect I had, make a living, and from time to time, actually release some pretty cool stuff. And still feel like the best is yet to come.

Liev Fletcher / Designer Apprentice

My most recent project is the website you are looking at now. This website was 100% my own design. Before that, I started my journey into UI/UX by completing the Google Certificate Program. After that I completed my first solo project: a comprehensive carpool app for parents of school-aged children. In my free-time, I studied HTML and CSS to design and develop my own website. I love to create strong designs from unconventional sources of inspiration. I want to keep creating designs that have strong character and good UI, that is my goal.
